For quite some time, Mother Redcap - Up to Now... was selling for over $100 on Amazon because it was out of print.  The highest price for a new CD was $101.62.  Up to Now... was re-released in 2015 and now sells for normal prices on iTunes, Amazon and many other online merchants.
